6”x 8” Repair Blocks
The smallest SACON repair block is the 6” x 8” x 6” block in 90 lb/cu-ft material. These blocks are useful for repairing small wear areas in panels or blocks where the depth of wear is less than 8”

6”x 12” Repair Blocks
The smallest SACON repair block is the 6” x 8” x 12” block in 90 lb/cu-ft material. These blocks are useful for repairing small wear areas in panels or blocks where the depth of wear is less than 8”

12”x 12” Repair Blocks
For deep holes and wear areas the SACON repair block of the 12” x 12” x 12” size in 90 lb/cu-ft material is used. These blocks are useful for repairing areas that are both wide and to a depth of less than 12”.
Cost: $29.00 ea with a minimum order of 20 pieces
Patching Compound Set
BTI’s patching compound set comprises a 5 lb pail of dry, vinylized concrete patching compounds and a 2lb pail of pre-mixed concrete patching compounds. When mixed together with foam and water SACON repair compound for thin areas is produced.
Cost: $15.00 for package of two containers
Patching Fiber
For patching vertical joints to add strength and prevent the patching materials from dropping out of the repair area, SACON fiber can be added to the mix. A 2 lb. bag of polypropylene fiber is available for patching.
