Grenadier Gunnery Façade in SACON
BTI supplied and erected a two-story façade in SACON bullet absorbing concrete at the Marine Corps Base, Quantico Virginia. The façade on the MOUT Assault Course on the base replaced a worn wooden structure.
BTI’s design provided a mesh steel deck for the target placement on the second story of the facility. On the range the façade is being used both by the snipers firing from some distance, as well as the regular trainees using the façade for urban skills upgrading.
